Registration For Citizen Group Notification

Polk County is pleased to provide a land use application notification signup service for Polk County citizen groups. The service provides notice of Polk County land use applications and decisions to members of citizen groups in one of the seven communities within Polk County. These notices are provided via e-mail to group members who register for this service. Registration is valid for a single calendar year. To sign up, enter your name, e-mail address, the community you live in, the name of your citizen group, and a password. Mark that you agree to the statements in the disclaimer box, then press the "Submit" button. To view the citizen groups in your area that have already signed up for this service, select a community and press the "List Citizen Groups" button. You will begin receiving notifications for your community within five business days. To edit your registration, simply enter your e-mail address, password, and community, and then press the “Login” button. You may then edit your information and submit the changes by pressing the “Submit” button. If you've forgotten your password, enter your e-mail address and community, and press the “Forgot Password” button. Your password will then be e-mailed to your account.
